Behind the scenes of the manufacture of a wooden POS

Manufacture of a small easel to signal that the table is reserved.

A custom creation requested by our client!

The first step is to draw the easel.

Shape, color, details… everything is possible!

Then it is necessary, as always, to cut the panels.

Indeed we start from wooden panels that are 3m long by 2m wide, they must be resized to be able to handle them, and above all adapt them to the formats of our machines!

Then comes the stage of laser cutting.

For this project the cup and the base are cut in the same material, we chain the cutting of the different panels.

Each is then sanded, to remove any traces of laser burn and have a smooth surface for printing.

We print the easels in whole plates.

Quad digital printing is done directly on the wood, and dries the ink at the same time.

The parts can finally be detached…

… and off to the packing!
